Your privacy
Musie keeps the song, not the words you typed to make it.
What you write in the making is used once, to make your song. We never sell your words, and we never use them to advertise. And we don't keep them: after a routine safety hold of up to thirty days, they're gone for good.
What we keep: your email and your name, so your account is yours, and your musies — the music, their words, and their titles — so you can return to them and share them.
We keep simple counts of how Musie is used — that a musie was made, opened, or shared — so we can tell whether it's working. Never any tracking of you across the web.
We may listen to some of the music being made, to improve how Musie writes. If you'd rather yours stayed out of that, tell us and they will.
Your musies stay as long as you want them. Write to musie-support@innerlife-ai.com to see what we hold about you, or to have all of it deleted.
If anything about your privacy changes, you'll hear about it plainly, before it happens.
Refunds
Each purchase gives you three tries to get your musie right — most people don't need a refund at all.
A musie is made just for you, the moment you ask for it — we can't take it back the way a shop takes back something off a shelf. So instead, we try to make sure you get one you're glad you made.
Every purchase includes three takes. If the first one isn't quite right, tell it what to change — it tries again, at no extra cost, until you've used all three or you're happy.
If something goes wrong on our end — you were charged and no musie ever came, or a take failed to render — we'll fix it or refund it. Always.
Beyond that, we look at it case by case. We'd rather make it right than argue about it, so just ask.
Write to musie-support@innerlife-ai.com and we'll sort it out.
Musie doesn't need you to write lyrics or describe the music. The most important thing is just to say something honest and real.
You can even say I don't know how to begin — and go from there.
The music is made from the moments of your life and how you feel about them. That's what makes a musie a musie.
